PERSONAL SAFETY WORKSHOPS

Introduction

The most effective method of self-defence is prevention. By minimising the likelihood of a potentially threatening situation arising, you are taking the first steps to self-protection. The primary aim of our personal safety workshops are to reduce the chances of you becoming a victim of an assault. By providing personal safety training at work, you are equipping your employees with the skills and awareness of how best to stay safe.

The Workshop

Our fully qualified and experienced instructor will visit your workplace and talk through a variety of situations, giving lots of tips to help to keep you as safe as possible.

Our personal safety workshops are very interactive with hands on learning.  You can choose one off or regular sessions and participants are advised to wear loose, comfortable clothing.

  • Physical techniques that can be used as a last resort
  • Special attention to the law around reasonable force and protecting yourself
