Self care is ultra important. These self massage tutorials will show you how to massage your hands, arms, shoulders, back and even feet to nurture yourself and ease muscle tension.

Essential Oil Workshop
Our essential oils workshops are fun, hands-on classes where you get to make some beautiful smelling, therapeutic products that can boost the immune system. You'll leave the workshop with your own gorgeous home-made baths salts, room sprays and wellness rollers for yourself or as gifts for friends and family.

Singing Workshops
Singing makes us feel good and more connected. These online workplace choirs are aimed at teams and individuals working remotely, promoting cohesion and improving physical and mental wellbeing. Staff will join together online, and, lead by an expert facilitator, experience the uplifting joy of singing. Children's sessions also available.

Our crafting workshops are fun and creative. Card making, book binding, knitting, art; we have lots of craft ideas and projects we can introduce employees to.
