Introduction
What is mindfulness? It’s a very common question we are asked. It’s not always easy to answer in one sentence so we developed the Introduction to Mindfulness workshop to explain. In a nutshell, mindfulness is the practice of focusing your attention in the present moment to help develop an awareness of your thoughts, feelings and physical sensations. Regular practise leaves us better equipped to regulate our emotions and responses, helping to increase our state of wellbeing and reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
