Eco Wellbeing: Small Changes, Big Impact

Workshop Overview

Creating a more sustainable lifestyle can feel overwhelming, especially when we’re already juggling busy work and home lives. This practical workshop shows that making a positive difference doesn’t require dramatic lifestyle changes. Instead, participants discover how small, achievable adjustments to everyday habits can benefit both the environment and their own wellbeing.

Each Eco Wellbeing workshop focuses on a different aspect of sustainable living, allowing organisations to choose the topic that best meets the interests and needs of their workforce. Popular topics include Cleaning & Laundry, Energy Saving, Sustainable Gift Giving and Smarter Tech Habits, with additional topics available on request. Every session is packed with realistic, affordable and practical ideas that employees can easily incorporate into everyday life, helping to reduce overwhelm and build confidence that small actions really can make a meaningful difference.

This eco wellbeing workshop is a great addition to any workplace wellbeing programme and pairs naturally with our Financial Wellbeing and Introduction to Wellbeing workshops as part of our wider Lifestyle Wellbeing programme.
