Workshop Overview
Wellbeing is something we all value, yet it can often feel unclear what it really means or how to improve it in a realistic and sustainable way.
The Introduction to Wellbeing workshop explores five simple, evidence-based ways to support wellbeing: connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give. These core principles provide a practical and accessible framework for understanding how small, everyday actions can have a meaningful impact on how we feel.
Through reflection and discussion, participants are encouraged to consider how these areas show up in their own lives and where small shifts could make a difference. The session offers a fresh perspective on wellbeing, helping individuals feel more aware, balanced and equipped to support their energy, mood and overall experience at work and beyond.
This introduction to wellbeing workshop is a great starting point for any workplace wellbeing programme, giving employees a clear and accessible framework they can apply straight away. It pairs well with our Foundations of Wellbeing and Sleep Matters workshops as part of our wider Lifestyle Wellbeing programme.
