Workshop Overview
In a busy working day, finding moments of stillness can be incredibly powerful.
A Sound Bath session uses soothing sounds and vibrations to help calm the mind and deeply relax the body. Participants are guided into a restful state where they can switch off, recharge and experience a sense of calm and clarity.
Our Sound Baths provide a restorative workplace wellbeing session. This helps organisations support employee relaxation, stress reduction and mental wellbeing.
This workplace sound bath is suitable for all employees and requires no prior experience — participants simply lie back and let the sounds do the work. It pairs naturally with our Guided Meditation and Intentional Breathing sessions as part of our wider Wellness Activities programme.
