Understanding Anxiety & Depression

Workshop Overview

Stress, anxiety and depression are among the most common mental health challenges, yet they are often misunderstood or difficult to recognise.

The Understanding Anxiety & Depression workshop explores how these experiences show up, how they are connected, and how they can affect how we think, feel and function. The session helps participants understand different levels of severity and why early awareness can make a meaningful difference.

Through practical examples and guided reflection, participants build confidence in recognising signs in themselves and others. The workshop helps reduce uncertainty and supports a more informed, supportive approach to mental health in the workplace.
