Workshop Overview
Mental ill health can present in many different ways, and a lack of understanding can often lead to uncertainty or stigma.
The Understanding Mental Ill Health workshop helps build awareness of a range of mental health conditions, including those that are less commonly understood. It explores common misconceptions, increases understanding and supports a more informed and compassionate approach.
Participants are guided through how to recognise when someone may need support and how to respond in a safe and appropriate way. The session helps create a workplace culture where people feel more confident, aware and able to support one another.
This mental ill health workshop is suitable for all employees and is particularly valuable for teams and managers who want to feel better equipped to support their colleagues. Building this kind of awareness across an organisation can make a real difference to workplace culture. Find out more about our Mental Health Awareness workshops.
