Workshop Overview

Sometimes the best way to reset during a busy working day is to simply have a bit of fun.

The Laughter Yoga workshop is a light, uplifting session that combines gentle movement, breathing exercises and guided laughter techniques to boost mood and energy. It might feel a little unusual at first, but it doesn’t take long for the group to relax into it and enjoy the experience together.

Laughter has a powerful effect on both the body and mind, helping to reduce stress, increase positivity and create a sense of connection within teams. This session offers a chance to step away from work, recharge and return feeling more energised, relaxed and uplifted.

Format Options

30 or 60-minute online session

A fun, guided session combining movement, breathing and laughter.

60 or 90-minute workshop (onsite)

A more interactive group experience with shared activities and exercises.

Flexible delivery options

Sessions can be booked as a one-off workshop, a short series (for example 6, 8 or 12 sessions), or as part of an ongoing wellbeing programme.
