Wellbeing Reset

Workshop Overview

Modern life can make it difficult to prioritise the habits that support our wellbeing. Many people already know what helps improve mood, energy and resilience, such as eating well, sleeping enough, moving regularly and taking time to relax. Yet despite this knowledge, it can still feel surprisingly hard to make these habits part of everyday life.

The Wellbeing Reset workshop invites participants to pause and reflect on the habits that have the greatest impact on their wellbeing. When wellbeing habits improve, people often experience better energy, focus and resilience at work. The session explores the factors that influence our behaviour, including thoughts, emotions, environment and existing patterns, helping participants understand why change can sometimes feel challenging.

Through guided reflection and practical exercises, participants gain clarity on the wellbeing habits that matter most to them and explore a simple approach to creating sustainable change. The session introduces the concept of an Alive Goal, helping individuals shift from willpower-based behaviour change towards goals that feel meaningful, motivating and easier to maintain.
