Workshop Overview
Boundaries play an important role in how we manage our time, energy and relationships at work. When boundaries are unclear or not communicated effectively, it can lead to increased pressure, frustration and a sense of being overwhelmed.
The Setting Healthy Boundaries at Work workshop explores what boundaries are and how they can improve our day-to-day experience. Participants are encouraged to think of
boundaries as a protective and supportive framework that helps maintain both wellbeing and positive working relationships.
The session also explores how setting boundaries is often linked to our internal experience, including how we feel, what we need, and our value systems. Through guided reflection and practical examples, participants learn to recognise when boundaries may be needed and how to communicate them clearly and respectfully. When applied effectively, healthy boundaries can support better communication, improved focus and more sustainable performance in the workplace.
