Workshop Overview
Poor posture is a common side effect of modern working life and can lead to discomfort, tension and fatigue over time.
The Posture Workshops are designed to be light, practical and engaging, helping participants understand how their body works and how small changes can make a big difference. Through a mix of simple education and guided movement, the session explores how posture affects the way we feel and move throughout the day.
Participants are introduced to easy exercises and techniques that can be used at work to relieve aches and improve alignment. The session encourages greater body awareness and provides simple ways to feel more comfortable, move more freely and maintain better posture during the working day.
