Mindful Eating

Workshop Overview

Many of us eat quickly, distracted or on the go, which can make it harder to notice how food makes us feel.

The Mindful Eating workshop is designed for organisations looking to support employee wellbeing and healthier habits. Delivered by registered nutritionists, this workplace wellbeing workshop explores how awareness can improve eating patterns and overall wellbeing.
