Workshop Overview

Taking time to pause and reset can make a big difference to how we feel and function during the working day.

The Guided Meditation workshop offers a calm and accessible introduction to meditation, using simple techniques such as breath awareness, visualisation and body-based practices. Designed to be suitable for everyone, including complete beginners, the session helps participants learn how to settle the mind, relax the body and create a greater sense of clarity and focus.

Participants are guided through a series of short practices that can be easily incorporated into daily life. The session provides a space to step back from busy thinking, helping individuals feel calmer, more grounded and better able to approach their work with clarity and ease.

Format Options

30 or 60-minute online session

A guided introduction to meditation and simple mindfulness practices.

60 or 90-minute workshop (onsite)

A more immersive session with a variety of guided practices.

Flexible delivery options

Sessions can be booked as a one-off workshop, a short series (for example 6, 8 or 12 sessions), or as part of an ongoing wellbeing programme.
