Mindfulness in Nature

Workshop Overview

Spending time in nature has been shown to support wellbeing, helping to reduce stress, improve mood and create a greater sense of calm and connection. When combined with mindfulness, it can deepen awareness and enhance the experience of the present moment.

The Mindfulness in Nature workshop explores how connecting with the natural environment can support mental wellbeing. Participants are guided to use their senses more fully, noticing sounds, movement and surroundings in a more intentional way.

Through simple practices such as mindful walking or gentle awareness exercises, the session helps participants feel more grounded, present and connected, with techniques that can be used both outdoors and in everyday life.
