Workshop Overview
We all have an inner voice, and the way we speak to ourselves can have a significant impact on how we feel, behave and respond to everyday situations. This internal dialogue often runs automatically and can strongly influence confidence, motivation and overall wellbeing.
The Inner Voice and Self Talk workshop explores how this internal commentary shapes our experience. It helps participants recognise patterns in their self-talk and understand how these patterns can either support or undermine their confidence, clarity and resilience.
This workplace wellbeing workshop helps employees become more aware of their internal dialogue and how it influences mindset, confidence and performance at work.
Through guided reflection and practical exercises, participants learn to notice unhelpful thinking patterns and explore ways to develop a more balanced and supportive inner voice. By increasing awareness of how we speak to ourselves, individuals can begin to shift their experience, cultivate a more positive mindset and respond more constructively to challenges.
