Workshop Overview
The Foundations of Wellbeing workshop takes a closer look at some of the internal factors that influence our wellbeing, and how we respond to everyday challenges.
While many wellbeing initiatives focus on behaviours or practical strategies, lasting wellbeing often begins when we move beyond surface-level wellbeing and cultivate a greater awareness of our internal experience.
This workshop supports organisations in strengthening employee wellbeing by developing that awareness. When people begin to see how thoughts and emotions shape actions and decisions, they gain more clarity and choice in how they respond to situations at work and in life.
This session introduces self-awareness as a foundational aspect of wellbeing. Through reflection and guided exercises, participants explore how quality of thinking, emotional awareness and personal values influence our experience of life.
Together, these themes provide a powerful foundation for improving personal wellbeing and
resilience.
