Workshop Overview

One of the most effective ways to support wellbeing is to simply move. Yoga and Pilates sessions offer a gentle yet effective way to stretch, strengthen and reset both body and mind. Suitable for all levels, these sessions can be tailored to suit the needs of your team, whether that’s improving posture, reducing tension or simply taking a break from the desk.

Yoga focuses on movement, breath and relaxation, helping to release tension, calm the mind and improve flexibility. It’s particularly effective for reducing stress and creating a sense of balance and ease.

Pilates places more emphasis on core strength, posture and stability. It can help improve alignment, reduce aches and pains from desk-based work, and build strength in a controlled, low-impact way.

Format Options

30 or 60-minute online session

A guided movement session to stretch, strengthen and reset.

60 or 90-minute workshop (online or onsite)

A more immersive session with time to relax, move and recharge.

Flexible delivery options

Sessions can be booked as a one-off, a short series , or as part of an ongoing wellbeing programme.
