Mindfulness to Manage Stress

Workshop Overview

Stress is a common experience in the workplace and can affect us physically, emotionally and mentally. When stress becomes prolonged, it can impact focus, decision-making and overall wellbeing.

The Mindfulness to Manage Stress workshop explores how stress affects the body and mind, and how mindfulness can help individuals respond more effectively to pressure. By developing greater awareness of thoughts, emotions and physical sensations, participants learn to recognise early signs of stress and respond in a more balanced way.

Through guided exercises and practical techniques, the session introduces simple ways to manage difficult thoughts and feelings, helping participants feel more calm, focused and in control in challenging situations.
