Sleep Matters

Workshop Overview

Sleep plays a vital role in how we feel, think and perform, yet it is often one of the first things to be disrupted when life becomes busy or stressful.

The Sleep Matters workshop explores the science of sleep in a clear and engaging way, helping participants understand why sleep is so important for energy, mood, concentration and overall wellbeing. We look at how sleep works, what can interfere with it, and why even small changes can make a noticeable difference.

Alongside practical tips and techniques, the session introduces simple ways to support better sleep, from evening routines to relaxation practices. Participants leave with a greater understanding of their own sleep patterns and realistic strategies to help them switch off, rest more effectively and wake up feeling more refreshed.
