Menopause Awareness

Workshop Overview

Menopause is a natural stage of life, yet it is often not fully understood, which can make it more challenging to navigate both personally and at work.

The Menopause Awareness workshop provides a clear, practical and supportive introduction to menopause, helping participants understand the difference between perimenopause and menopause, recognise common symptoms and feel more confident in identifying what they may be experiencing.

The session also explores simple ways to support wellbeing during this time, including the role of nutrition, lifestyle and daily habits. Alongside this, it encourages greater awareness and understanding in the workplace, helping colleagues and managers feel more informed and better equipped to offer support. The aim is to create a more open, understanding and supportive working environment for everyone.
