Rethinking Alcohol for Better Wellbeing

Workshop Overview

Alcohol is often part of everyday life, whether it’s used to relax, socialise or unwind after a busy day. Yet many people find themselves questioning their relationship with it and the impact it has on their wellbeing.

The Rethinking Alcohol for Better Wellbeing workshop offers a fresh, non-judgmental space to explore the role alcohol plays in our lives. Rather than focusing on rules or restriction, the session looks at why we drink, what alcohol gives us, and how habits are formed and maintained over time.

Through gentle reflection and practical insight, participants are encouraged to see their drinking patterns more clearly and consider how these may be influencing their energy, mood, sleep and overall wellbeing. The workshop supports individuals to make more conscious, informed choices that feel right for them, whether that means cutting back, taking a break or simply becoming more aware.
