Workshop Overview

The Self Massage Techniques workshop is a relaxing and practical session that introduces simple techniques to help release tension, ease discomfort and support overall wellbeing. Guided by experienced therapists, participants learn a sequence of easy stretches and self-massage techniques that can be used at their desk or at home.
The session offers a chance to slow down, reconnect with the body and take a break from the demands of the day. Participants leave feeling more relaxed, refreshed and equipped with simple tools they can return to whenever they need a reset..
