Workshop Overview
The Foundations of Wellbeing workshop explores the internal factors that influence how we think, feel and respond to everyday challenges.
While many wellbeing initiatives focus on behaviours or practical strategies, lasting resilience often begins with greater awareness of our internal experience. When individuals understand the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, actions and decisions, they gain greater clarity and choice in how they respond to situations at work and in life.
This session introduces four key foundations that influence wellbeing and resilience: self-awareness, quality of thinking, emotional awareness and personal values. Through guided reflection and practical exercises, participants explore how these internal factors shape communication, decision-making and responses to pressure.
Together, these themes provide a powerful foundation for improving personal wellbeing, resilience and communication in the workplace.
